I think that at least 15%. I went to Moscow, Russia 95, and most families do not have washing machines. They made clothes in a laundry-mat to do. Most families live in apartments like those in Europe with 3 generations. They have interesting houses in the country dacha and grandparents bring their children mentioned more than in summer, the parents to be alone. It is a culture very interesting and I advise everyone to take a trip there! It was the best!
