Car Stereo Amplifier wattage question?? - what does stereo wattage mean

I have 2 12 "Subs 300 watts ....

I think my 360 watt amp? (I bought it, and what the man told me)

My first question: Can the two boats to the amplifier? Or do I need an amp, 600 watts is it? (Is there an amplifier 600 watts?)

What happens if I connect the two subs to the amp I now? Is it more effective, or blow?

My second question is: this is only my system off. This allows it? I think that people are able to show that I have caused the system to hear well on the bass?
